Personal information collected on the Hilvers Catering
Corporate Order Form includes, company name, contact’s name, contact’s phone and
fax number, billing and delivery addresses. Email address is not collected on the
Corporate Order Form.
Return email address is collected as part of any email
submission to Hilvers Catering.
Information Practices
Hilvers Catering will use return email addresses to answer
the emails we receive. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not
shared.
Hilvers Catering will never use or share the personally
identifiable information provided online in ways unrelated to catering operations.
Hilvers Catering implements the appropriate physical,
electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected
online in an effort to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the

Hilvers Catering believes in protecting the privacy of the
